HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED YET? HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE ?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way. Your order can be tracked by clicking on the link in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

For France, LES (ART)ISTS will do all the sendings via the postal service: Colissimo with Insurance and tracking number.

For the U.E and the rest of the world, LES (ART)ISTS works with DHL Express, with insurance and tracking number.

The delivery cost are automatically calculated and appear when you finish your order.

When order is complete, delivery time will be from 3 to 10 days on workdays only. 

You will be able to follow your parcel by typing your tracking number on the following sites: Colissimo and DHL.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

If you are not satisfied with your order, LES (ART)ISTS commits itself to exchange or refund you the products concerned. 

You have a 14 days deadline as from the date of reception to return us the products.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your delivery note or dispatch emails to see if it corresponds to the delivery.

If there is an item on the delivery note that is not in your parcel then contact us immediately by email at eshop@les-artists.fr

Include your Order Number and the Name of the missing item. We'll fix it.


HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you want to return undamaged or complete items, the cost of return will be at your charge.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Broken, incomplete or used products may not be returned nor exchanged, or will be returned to you and the cost of the shipping will be at your charge.
Products are to be returned in original condition, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc. still attached.

LES (ART)ISTS reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria.

IMPORTANT: Please clearly write RETURNS on the package to ensure faster customs processing.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ? 

Credit/Debit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. 

PayPal allows a secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You can also use this option as a guest, without having a personal account. More information about Paypal is available at www.paypal.com.

DO YOU HAVE MORE SIZE AVAILABLES ? 

As some of our products can sell very quickly online we are not always able to keep up with every product that is sold out or returned. For this reason a new delivery or a return might come in and will not be back online straight away.

WILL CERTAIN PRODUCTS GET BACK IN STOCK ? 

We have no general rule about restocking. Sometimes we can restock items and sometimes we can't. In general, most of the LES (ART)ISTS products are limited edition. We recommend to not wait too long !

CHANGING YOUR INFOS IN CASE OF WRONG ADRESS ?

Once we have processed your order and it has been dispatched it's not possible for you or us to change any address details.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN EXPENSES ? 

In case of a return you will be responsible for the cost to ship the parcel back to us. If you are returning an item for good we will refund you your full payment but we will not reimburse the cost that you payed to return the parcel. If you are returning an item and want to have it exchanged the cost of return will be at your charge.
