All products must be returned with the bill. Please send the product back, with its original tag and its package for a refund (shipping costs excluded) with the bill to :

Retours / Remboursement & Retours

Si un produit ne vous satisfait pas, vous disposez de 7 jours après réception pour nous le retourner afin de procéder à un remboursement. Le produit ne doit pas avoir été ni porté ou ni lavé.

Tous les retours doivent être retournés avec la facture. Merci de nous renvoyer le produit, avec son étiquette et son emballage, ainsi que la facture à l’adresse suivante:
