All orders will be delivered at the shipping address mentioned on your order.

For France, the orders will be shipping with La Poste via postal service: Colissimo with Insurance.

For the U.E and the rest of the world, all orders will be shipped by DHL – International Priority, with insurance and tracking number.

The delivery costs are automatically calculated as soon as you make your basket and appear when you finish your order. When we treat your order and process with the sending of the parcel, we can transmit you by e-mail the tracking number corresponding to your parcel.

All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

In case of loss or deterioration of the product during transport, the customer have to inform the carrier as fast as possible.

You will be able to follow your parcel with the tracking number on the following sites: Colissimo and DHL.

In case of delay a mail will be send it to you.

Expéditions

Les frais de livraison sont calculés automatiquement dès que vous constituez votre panier d’achats et apparaissent au moment où vous avez terminé votre commande. Lorsque nous traitons votre commande et le processus de l’envoi du colis , nous vous transmettrons sur demande par email le numéro de suivi correspondant à votre colis.

Tous les frais de douanes encourus sont à la charge du client.

En cas de perte ou de détérioration du produit pendant le transport, le client devra informer le transporteur le plus rapidement possible.

Vous serez en mesure de suivre votre colis en tapant votre numéro de suivi sur les sites suivants : Colissimo et DHL.
