• ASIA and UAE: €40

For non-standard shipments, an additional fee may be charged.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Delivery within Italy takes between 2 to 10 working days, starting from when the package leaves the warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays); for the rest of the world, delivery takes between 2 to 15 working days (excluding weekends).
When the package is shipped from the warehouse, the customer will receive an email notifying them that the order status has been updated to "completed" and a shipping confirmation containing a link to track the delivery (which typically occurs between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Delivery times may vary depending on the geographical area.
We recommend that customers periodically check the tracking link for real-time updates on any possible changes.

In DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations outside Europe, the displayed product price does not include all taxes and duties. Taxes and duties in these destinations are collected at the time of delivery.
LES (ART)ISTS ships using the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula, meaning that local sales taxes and/or customs duties are not included.

If you reside in a non-European country, we advise you to inquire about local taxes and duties before placing an order.
Please be aware that any local sales taxes and/or customs duties will be directly charged to the customer by the courier for each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded in case of a return.
